Product Designer

I’m a hands-on senior designer who enjoys applying human-centred design, leading collaborative continuous discovery, and providing effective coaching and management for design teams.

About me

I’m an English product designer with over eight years’ experience, working day to day in Figma to create and deliver high-quality design. I’ve led design within teams, coached senior designers, and supported high-level discovery that enables stronger product decisions.

I enjoy working closely with users and cross-functional teams, and I bring a background in animation, development and graphic design. My most recent experience is in wellbeing and behavioural change, creating cohesive human and digital support experiences.

When I’m not at my desk, I’ll most likely be being tortured by my three year old, obsessing over my Strava activities or helping my husband build our timber frame house.

  • Coaching and support for designers to develop their skills, autonomy, and strategic influence, building strong, collaborative design teams that deliver desired outcomes.

  • Refinement of design processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and communication - giving designers the clarity and structure to do their best creative work.

  • Create consistency and efficiency by giving teams a shared set of standards and components, enabling faster, higher-quality design and development at scale.

Current role:

I enable designers to do their best work by providing the coaching, structure, and the clarity they need to make confident, informed decisions. I facilitate collaboration across disciplines and lead high-level discovery that helps the organisation uncover insight, align strategy, and make decisions that drive growth.
